eToys.com recently used the U.S. court system to take away the domain
name of the eToy artist collective - even though eToy registered their
name two years before eToys.com did. It is an extraordinary story of
corporate greed. The ending has yet to be written, though, and we
believe that it will soon be known as one of the biggest mistakes
that a young company has ever made. eToys.com will regret
what they have done. The backlash has begun...
